Its not easy being small .....

A continuation of Rachel's post. Leaving a comment for her, I decided that my "issue" requires a whole post, not just a comment!

Read her post, to understand mine better.

The facts:
I am 26 years old, and I do not weigh enough to give blood.
For the last 15 years I have weighed right around 100 pounds, give or take a few pounds.
I am NOT anorexic or bulimic


Just because of my age and size it doesn't mean that I have some kind of an eating disorder. In fact, I LOVE to eat, and I HATE to throw up. Throwing up the food I love to maintain a body weight well below average, doesn't sound like fun. Neither does not eating the foods I love.

One time I was at walmart with a friend, he told me "damn melissa, your fat" OBVIOUSLY joking, and the woman in the isle goes "see! thats why your girlfriend is anorexic." OBVIOUSLY he's not serious since we both have smiles on our faces while it is being said. And I am laughing at the same time. My weight is NONE of anyone elses business, and they have no right to say anything!
Gaining weight for me is really difficult, I've definitely tried before, and I can't get above 110 pounds before i loose it within a few months.

I know, I know, there are a lot of you who are desperately trying to loose weight and can't, and you hate me for not being able to gain any. But the other end of the scale isn't always fun either.
