I am thankful this morning for my wonderful friends. This weekend was an incredible weekend away. My friends and I visited Cedar Point Ohio for some roller coaster riding and other fun. Jim and I had a wonderful time, it was so great to get away, and do something fun with two of our best friends.
Unfortunately I do not have any pictures of the trip, our camera batteries died 30 seconds into the park ( Thanks Jim! :P ) But Jim and I went on the roller coasters that scared us most last time we went to Cedar Point.
Top Thrill Dragster is my new favorite in the park. 0-120MPH in less than 4 seconds, it goes 420 ft in the air, and then drops back down, both at 90degree angles. It was incredible. I loved it! I definitely want to go back and go on it again, but its been decided that next summer we are off to Six Flags Great Adventure, and Busch gardens Williamsburg VA to conquer some more roller coasters. :0)
Jim and I also conquered Millenium, which is another high speed coaster, 310 ft tall, at 93mph. It is now our third favorite in the park. Maverick being our second. We went on that one twice our first time there, and once our second time.
All in all, it was a wonderful weekend, and we're definitely going to be conquering some other coasters in the US next summer! Jim and I have some pretty incredible friends, What a wonderful way to spend our 3 month anniversary :)
