Dude, how is it possible its been 13 years since I held you the first time? It doesn't seem like its been that long! I have learned so much about life and love from you. I never knew it was possible to love someone so much until I looked into your little eyes when you were just 5 hours old.




The last 13 years have been filled with so many changes in my life, and not given me nearly enough time to spend with you, and watch you grow up.


I am so glad that Jim and I have been able to spend a lot of time with you since you got home from the Congo. You have grown so much in the last year. You have become an incredible young man. I am so proud of you.

Thank you, for being such an incredible nephew. You are so special to me, I can't even put it into words. Its funny how you don't realize how much your life was missing before something incredible comes along. That's how it was with you. Happy 13th birthday bud! I hope your teenage years are as amazing as you are!
